Moving with Harmony

Join Phil Holland and me for a restorative and blissful practice.

We will marry gentle movement, static postures, breathing practices and deep, guided relaxation with live harp music. With its soothing timbre and spiritual associations, the harp has recognised as a healing instrument by many cultures for millennia. The healing vibrations of the harp help to calm the nervous system and stimulate the immune system. Much like Yoga, they have been shown to help balance and regenerate the body, often allowing people to release chronic pain and experience deep states of release and healing.
